Three services. One system behind them.
We do a small number of things and do them end to end: put a business on Odoo, take out the manual work between systems, and move the data trapped in old ERPs into a form an AI can actually query.
Score your setup in 3 minutes.
A 9-question diagnostic: how much your fragmented tools really cost, and the one thing worth fixing first. No pitch, no sign-up to see your score.
Take the readiness check →One system your business actually runs on.
We put finance, sales, inventory, purchasing and operations on a single Odoo installation - configured around how your business works, not how a template assumes it does. Where you already run tools worth keeping, we integrate them instead of ripping them out.
- A walk-through of your real processes, not a generic checklist
- Configuration of the modules you actually need
- Data brought in from spreadsheets and current systems
- Integrations with the tools you keep
- Training for the people who use it daily
- Hosting and maintenance, if you want us to run it
One place your team works from, numbers that reconcile because they come from one source, and a system we can keep extending as you grow.
The manual work between systems, taken out.
We map the steps people do by hand - the re-keying, the copy-paste between apps, the exports someone emails around, the month-end reconciliations nobody wants to own - and we remove them. Odoo automations, scheduled jobs, and glue between systems that don't talk to each other.
- An audit of where the hours actually go
- The handful of workflows worth automating first
- Automations built and tested against real data
- Alerts when something genuinely needs a human
- Documentation, so it's never a black box
Hours back every week, fewer errors from manual transfer, and a team spending its time on judgment instead of data entry.
Legacy data, turned into something you can ask questions of.
We move the data trapped in an ageing ERP - years of orders, invoices, customers, stock movements - into a form an AI can actually query. You keep the full history, and for the first time you can query it in plain language instead of exporting reports and reading them by hand.
- Extraction from the legacy system - even the awkward ones
- Cleaning and mapping to one coherent model
- Making it queryable by AI
- A way to ask questions of the whole history
- A checked, reversible cutover - nothing lost
Nothing left stranded in a system you're paying to keep alive, and a company memory an AI can actually use - not a backup nobody ever opens.
Our own solutions - a few examples.
Configuring Odoo well gets you far - but not all the way. Where the standard falls short, we write our own modules and run our own tooling. These aren’t slides: they run in production, on real deployments. What follows is a selection - a few of the things we’ve built, not the whole list.
Our own server that lets an AI agent stand up, configure, back up and migrate a complete Odoo - on rails: nothing runs without showing you first and getting your confirmation. Today it installs Community or Enterprise from the official package, sets up DNS and HTTPS, takes nightly backups it actually restore-tests, and moves a live Odoo from one server to another. Planned: per-client configuration from an interview, data import and field mapping from other systems, and version upgrades that review your custom modules one by one.
The Cash Conversion Cycle is how many days your money sits trapped between paying suppliers and getting paid by customers - inventory days, plus receivable days, minus payable days. Our module computes it live from your Odoo data, breaks it into those three parts, and forecasts cashflow from real orders and invoices - so you see exactly where cash is stuck and can shorten the cycle instead of guessing.
Our own Odoo module for Poland’s national e-invoicing system (KSeF): issue outgoing invoices straight to KSeF in the required structured format, and pull incoming ones back in - all inside Odoo, so you’re ready for the mandate without a second tool or a manual export.
Our own cookie and consent banner for Odoo - built for Google Consent Mode v2, with a full audit trail: every consent recorded (who, what, when), so you can prove compliance instead of just claiming it. On top of it, our own analytics data layer that exposes the events that actually matter, and our own server-side GTM module - tagging runs on your server, not in the visitor’s browser, so measurement survives ad-blockers and tracking limits, stays first-party and privacy-first, and puts less weight on the page.
And a growing set of our own modules for the gaps standard Odoo leaves in manufacturing, distribution and everyday trade - each one built out of a real deployment, not a roadmap. If your process needs something Odoo doesn’t do, we’ve usually built it before - or we build it.
Not sure which one you start with?
Most projects begin with one and pull in the others. Tell us where it hurts and we'll be straight about what's worth doing first - and what isn't.
