Zoxron is run by one person - someone who spent years running businesses before configuring them. Commercial and marketing director, head of production, CEO, CTO: roles that answer for a result, not for a task list.
Behind it, a curiosity that never quite settles - how a business actually works, and what modern technology and AI can do with it. Eight years ago that led to Odoo - learned hands-on and self-taught: building real systems, running them in production, and fixing his own mistakes along the way. The knowledge is first-hand and practical - the confidence comes from systems he stood up, shipped and kept running himself.
It means an implementation here is run from both sides at once - the technical build and the business case behind it. Not just software that works, but software worth what it costs.
Away from work - strength sports. Powerlifting taught one thing that carries into the rest: you reach the goal patiently and under load, rep after rep. And, above all of it, father to a wonderful daughter.
