What Zoxron MCP is
Zoxron MCP is an agent-driven tool for provisioning and configuring Odoo: you (or your AI agent) drive it, and it installs and sets up Odoo on a server you point it at. It is a free, live service provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind - no promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change or evolve over time.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own servers, cloud accounts and data. Please point Zoxron MCP at test or throwaway targets, not production systems you can’t afford to lose, and keep your own backups before and during any run. Every step that changes something is preview-first: it shows you what it will do and waits for your explicit confirmation before acting. Reviewing that preview, and deciding to proceed, is your call.
Acceptable use
Use Zoxron MCP lawfully. Don’t use it for anything illegal, don’t abuse or attempt to break the service or the infrastructure behind it, and don’t try to overload, disrupt, probe or attack it or use it to harm others. We may throttle or block activity that threatens the service or other users.
Free and paid layers
The Odoo install layers are free, and we intend to keep the installs free. Some advanced or future layers may become paid. If we ever introduce a charge, we’ll tell you the price clearly before anything is billed - you’ll never be charged by surprise.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials and your MCP access token safe; don’t share them. Tell us if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, break these terms, or put the infrastructure or other users at risk.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zoxron LLC (a Wyoming LLC) is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damage arising from your use of Zoxron MCP - including anything that happens to the servers, cloud accounts or data you point it at. The service is provided as-is and you use it at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free layers, is zero).
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as Zoxron MCP evolves; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms. Zoxron is operated by a company registered in Wyoming, USA, and these terms are intended to be governed by Wyoming law - the exact governing-law and jurisdiction wording will be confirmed as the product matures.
Intellectual property & reverse engineering
Zoxron MCP - including its tools, prompts, provisioning scripts, playbooks and the output they produce - is the intellectual property of Zoxron LLC. Access to the service grants you no ownership of it. You may use it to provision and manage your own Odoo instances, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell or redistribute the service or its scripts, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive, reconstruct or extract the underlying playbooks, prompts or source in order to recreate, imitate or build a competing service. Automated harvesting of tool output or previews for that purpose is not permitted.
